Business Recovery Services LLC and Brian Hessler allegedly telemarketed products and services they falsely claimed would help consumers recover money they had lost to business opportunity and work-at-home operations, selling hundreds of variations of do-it-yourself kits tailored to particular schemes and priced up to $499. The FTC alleged that they violated the Telemarketing Sales Rule by misrepresenting the nature and effectiveness of their services, and accepting advance payments from consumers for recovering money lost in previous telemarketing transactions without waiting seven business days for the consumers to receive the recovered money, as required by the Rule. According to other documents filed in court, consumers lost an estimated total of $1.5 million in this scheme.

I was just contacted by Greg from the Business Recovery Group and his offer was $40/consultation then $10/month while they tried to get my $ back. He couldn't tell me how long it would take, if his company then would take a % of the $ recovered or anything else.. When I questioned that it would cost more than my $40 and $10/month to file court papers to sue the scam company that got me for 5K (Bank Card Empire/Core Payment Solutions) he didn't have an answer for that either. Has anyone else been contacted by this group? He had my info and called ME outa the blue and knew I had been screwed by BCE. He also mentioned in conversation that he was in Arizona, the same place as the scammers!!!!! Hmmmm....

A year and a half ago, my fiance and I were naive enough to invest upwards of 1000 dollars to start "OUR OWN" home based business with ISpeedway, which turned out to be a scam. Last month, I got a call from a guy named Ruben requesting to buy my website. I said sorry I don't have a website, and that was it. Last night, the same guy called and said he represented Business Recovery Services and said he would help us, since we were a victim of fraud by ISpeedway. I handed my phone to my fiance Kevin, who is completely blind, and he accidentally hung up. The call came from a restricted number. Ruben called again this morning and had the audacity to leave a threatening message, " Kevin, you should be careful who you hang up on, and if you decide to GROW UP, call me so I can help you recover your money" ! Kevin was a lot nicer than I would have been in declining his offer. Can you tell me more? Are these people affiliated with the original scammers and sticking it to consumers over and over?
Kindly,
Lynn Kathleen Jennings

I was able to find a company that DID NOT charge me anything until there was a credit back on my credit card. They were not pushy at all & since I didnt have to pay upfront I figured what did I have to lose. When it was all said & done. I had recoupped my $$$ and was pleased to pay them their recovery fee. Here is the # 877-735-8802

I have found a company that has been able to successfully recover money for people who have started a variety of ill-fated home-based businesses. The company's name is Business Recovery Services, and their telephone number is (480) 649-4251. There are no guarantees that clients will recover their money, and there are no refunds for the kits. However, I was able to confirm that Business Recovery Services has been able to recover almost $750,000 to date for clients who have started many different home-based businesses, even home-based businesses that are no longer in business.

Go towww.businessrecoveryservices.net and www.brstestimonials to verify the aforementioned information.

For your information, you are wrong about Business Recovery Services. To date, Business Recovery Services has assisted its clients in recovering almost $750,000.
