Some Egg On Your Face

It is near impossible to keep up with the Kimkins scam. I find myself being led to posts and things I didn’t realize existed when I first began my blog. The more I find, the more I realize the evidence against Heidi Diaz is overwhelming to say the least.

I found some evidence today that was posted all the way back in October : Becky comments about Kimmer advising very low calorie intake. The new Kimkins says there are no calorie restrictions. I went to the Thinking About Kimkins page, and it clearly says there is no calorie limit on any Kimkins option (I was given information to the contrary), and this was a shock to present Kimkins members who saw the Good Morning America episode.

But there again, Kimmer’s own words, “someone can ‘eat clean’ and still be too high in calories.” Which is it? The stories change every time the wind blows. This letter was one that Becky (littlebit) got, and I do trust that Becky wouldn’t just make up an email from Heidi.

The egg white challenge is discussed as well in this post. She (Heidi) mentions how 900 calories is high compared to someone who is consuming 300 on the EW challenge. She knew there were people doing 300 calories. She allowed this to go on and did not try to up the calories and stop it? This is a confession of all sorts that 300 calories a day of all protein is just fine. I hate to say it, but this also kills what Tippytoes tried to say was not happening on the site. The name Kimkins now has some extreme negativity attached to it. Jeannie would be wise to remove the word completely from her vocabulary when discussing plans to cycle.

I then noticed my friend from Egg Whites International is still allowing his affiliate link on the front of the Kimkins site. I don’t think he took the time to investigate the problem. Or if he did I am not impressed with his choice to remain affiliated with Kimkins. It’s a two way street. If he had not had these facts brought to his attention then I could see handing out a get out of jail free card. But I had personally emailed him.

One would think I would just be used to this kind of thing by now. I will confess, every day that this continues it is like a repeat nightmare over and over.

I can honestly say my life has been changed forever because of Kimmer and Kimkins, just not the way I would have liked.

  2. Great post. By pure coincidence, I blogged about the same thing today :) There is no way Kimmer will not keep on pushing low calories, that’s the only thing she knows.
