Quacks Get Their Quash! Kimkins Won’t be Slapping Us

I have to agree with Prudentia, it is a wonderful day in the neighborhood.

All seven of our motions to quash were granted today. Heidi lost. Heidi’s new attorney showed up today and tried to get the court to continue the matter but the judge emphatically denied that request. The court decided to hear all 7 since Mr. Peabody showed up.

The frivilous SLAPP suit has been dropped on what I currently understand is the lack of jurisdiction. I myself live far from Corona and would have been greatly inconvenienced to drop everything and go – so I would like to thank the Seven Lucky Ducks who were able to provide John Tiedt with the necessary means to bring this silly suit to an end quickly.

And thank you John! Now we can spend our precious time on more serious matters like our Class Action Lawsuit.

        

Kimkins Humor Smackdown!

I see myself as a bit of an artist, although whether I’m a good artist has yet to be determined.

I like to express myself with all kinds of mediums. With all the talks recently of Slapp and Smack I was reminded of the old comics with the additional POW! and BAM! as well. I needed to express myself and create my own comic.

I came across this wonderful site called QuickToons. I needed to to a bit of extra tweeking to get the right point across, but the site did help me curb my time down greatly.

Here’s what I was able to create:

A new term added today by MagicsMom is the SMACK. I agree with this statement whole heartedly:

So I encourage you to join us in giving Heidi a great big SMACK. After all, a SLAPP deserves a SMACK. So let’s See More Activists Confronting Kimkins! We need you, we want you, and we will win.

Dust off some of those old blogs and get crackin! We have so much evidence accumulated, and it just keeps coming. Let’s give Heidi a good old Smack down!
