Waiting for the day

I’ve been recovering from a really nasty bug here in the North East. Never before has anything knocked me into bed for 3 days, and lingered like this. Getting to this blog felt like reaching Mt. Everest’s peak. After some very naughty hershey kisses and a high carb sugar rush, the guilt started to set in.

I’m waiting for the day when I can change the current title of this blog and remove the nasty “Kimkins” word. The “404 error” can’t seem to come soon enough. I have a lot of other scams to cover. And as much as Wouter Van Dyck and his marketing tactics really tick me off, I have no desire to dwell on him and his evil doings forever.

I wanted to report and share a post from wackytobeme from LowCarbFriends:

This is a response I received regarding Kimkins from Findinarticles. Did anyone else hear from them. (this came in on Sat, but I overlooked it as it went to my spam folder)

“Hello,

We can not remove mentioned articles. Our terms of use clearly states :
All articles published by FindInArticles.com are not meant to be used for
legal, medical, or any other type of advice.

We are unable to check the truthfulness of each article on our site.
Unless there is a request from the author of the article or a legal request,
the article will be on our site.

Thank you for your time
Findinarticles.com

Okay, if the articles aren’t for any type of advice what are they for?

ETA: Oh yeah, the ever CYA, “for informational purposes only”

Basically, findinarticles is a really crappy article site.

What do you find in articles when you go to findinarticles.com? Crap.

It’s no wonder I went into somewhat of a coma for 3 days and a continued fog there after. I keep thinking it’s going to be like the Wizard of OZ or something, and I’ll wake up and it was just a tornado or something but everything is just fine and those evil monkeys were just a dream.

If you go to the front page of findinarticles, their partners include articlesbase, articlecity, ezine articles, isnare, spiderden, and article99. I know isnare and ezine didn’t seem to have their hands tied when it came to removing things.
